Welcome to bc8my. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the bc8my platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services offered under the bc8my brand. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bc8my ("Company", "we", or "Platform").

To register and use the bc8my platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your bc8my account in under 5 minutes.
• Bc8my does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, some payment providers may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered in the bc8my member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes after verification by the bc8my finance team.
• New members must complete KYC before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal funds will be credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your profile.
• Bc8my reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 3 business days for security review purposes in certain cases.

Bc8my offers a wide range of exciting promotions for members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, slot rebates, and various periodic offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer.

• Rollover Requirement: Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus is permitted at a time. Accepting a new bonus automatically cancels any outstanding bonus.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or using wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, bets that have been placed and accepted by the system remain valid. Wins that were not credited due to the disruption will be processed once the system recovers.

• The use of any automated software, bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity for registration.

Bc8my makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of its services. However, to the extent permitted by law, bc8my is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical disruptions beyond bc8my's control, including internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in maintaining password security.
• Unsatisfactory betting or game outcomes — all results are based on a fair and final RNG.

Bc8my's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Bc8my reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Reporting of fraudulent activity or money laundering to the relevant authorities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Member-initiated request to close their account (voluntary closure).
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no deposit or gaming activity.

For voluntary account closure, contact bc8my customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account after a final review, provided there are no outstanding bonus balances.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Limit: Set time reminders to manage the duration of your gaming sessions.

Should any dispute arise between a member and bc8my, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
